This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is over 2400 sq ft. and with huge closets, has plenty of room for your family's beach vacation. 

Enjoy lots of outdoor space in addition! There is a great front porch for enjoying the quiet neighborhood, as well as a back patio and an additional roof top patio to enjoy the sunset over the ocean and the cool ocean breeze as you bbque and eat outside.

Very large bedrooms-Two of the bedrooms are very large with lots of floor space for a few extras! (We provide 2 blow up mattresses and bedding for those few additional people.)

Both bathrooms are quite large with bathtubs and showers. The master has separated jetted tub/ shower.

The kitchen has new stainless appliances, large gas stove/oven, ice maker, refrigerator, freezer.

There is a private, hot outdoor shower in the back to take all that extra sand off and to get the kids handled for good!.

All the beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards you need! Don't stuff your car with all the necessary beach assecories! Keep your car open and just use all of ours!
2 Beach bikes and kid trailer also there for your use.

Tyson Park is a wonderful place for the kids to play IF they get bored on the sand. The beach is beautiful with great surf for the surfer in the family. Ride bikes on the Strand, go for ice cream, lay in sun, go shopping!

Just a short 4-5 block walk to the beach or to the movie theater, restaurants, and shops of downtown.

3 blocks to the train station and be in San Diego in a flash! No messing with parking-the train is a great way to get to your favorite Southern California destinations. Easy access to all of San Diego, Disneyland and Orange County, just 10 minutes from Legoland. Easy access to all major freeways, but no freeway noise!
