Florida room overlooking pool area, garden windows (bathroom and  
kitchen), 2 remodeled bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), new kitchen with  
all new Whirlpool appliances, dishwasher, microwave, tiled  
countertops. Master bedroom has King sized bed. 
Front and back screened porches.   Double Driveway. 
 
Attractive fenced very private back garden area with 15' x 30' pool  
and fish pond.        
 
Walk 3 blocks to Pinellas Trail and Hammock Park.  At end of street  
is the Gulf with a beautiful view of the famous Caledesi Island  
Nature Preserve.  Only minutes to Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon  
Island!  Tampa and St. Pete are both about a 35 min. ride. 
 
Several golf courses nearby.  Fine Arts Center and brand new  
Community Center, including health club, nearby.

Activities and Attractions

The Trail:  Walk to the famous Pinellas Trail - a 47 mile walking,  
biking and rollerblading trail.  If you're an early riser, walk the  
Trail to artsy Downtown Dunedin and have a delicious breakfast at  
Kelly's, followed by some window shopping in the many interesting  
shops.  Or rent a bike and go to the beach!   
The Hammock:  A 75 acre "Old Florida" nature preserve.  Incredible  
birding just blocks away. 
The Gulf:  Enjoy the sunsets at the park along the Gulf overlooking  
beautiful Caledesi & Honeymoon Islands, which boast kayak trails,  
stunning beaches, and nature trails. In January, ospreys begin  
nesting here. 
Disney is less than 2 hours away. And Dunedin is the Spring Training  
home of the Toronto Blue Jays, with Yankees & Phillies close by. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rate: $750 
Monthly Winter Rates: Jan:$2500/month; Feb & March: $2800/month; 
April: $2200/month.  
May through November: $2000/month. 
For all rentals, add 12% state and local tax. 
 
All utilities included. 
Security deposit of $500 will be refunded within 15 days if no  
claims are made. $100 non-refundable pet deposit. 
50% of rental fee, plus deposit due at booking.
