Tampa downtown is 10 minutes away and Clearwater Beach and St.Petersburg Beach are a mere 15 minute drive away.

Several out door barbecue grills for your cooking enjoyment and a fishing pier awaiting your arrival.

The one bedroom one bathroom suite features direct water view, full kitchen, queen size bed in the bedroom, a sofa-sleeper in the livingroom and private balcony. Cable and high speed wireless internet access is provided.

The entire first floor is a covered parking lot and elevators are conveniently located.

The condo is located on the Tampa side of the long bridge connecting Tampa to Clearwater. A perfect walking distance to Ben T Davis Beach, fishing or take a joy ride on the beach. It's within walking distance of Rusty Pelican Restaurant, Crabby's Bills restaurant, Castaway Restaurant and within a mile of public beach, Rocky Point Golf Course, Bahama Breeze Restaurant, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Westin Hotel, Hyatt Doubletree and about four minutes drive to Tampa International Airport.

$650 a week, $1200 for two weeks and $2000 a month.

$115 a night, minimum of 3 nights
