I have owned this property for 10 years and have never had it on the rental market. It offers 3400 square feet of playground for you and your family. There are too many amenities to list, but the most noteable ones are:

Fall Rates (Sep 7 to Nov 21 2013)are $275/week night and $300/weekend night with a 2 night minimum stay. Weekly rates are $1,795
Winter Rates (Nov 22 2013 to March 24) are $355/week night and $375/weekend night with a 2 night minimum stay. Weekly rates are $2,200.
Additional Holiday Rates:
*Thanksgiving $2,750/week - minimum stay 7 nights
*Christmas/New Years $2,750/week - minimum stay 7 nights
*Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day - $425/night; 3 day minimum stay, $2,750/week
