Dine in one of the seven country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the great restaurants on Town Square. Rent Includes: Golf Cart, Direct TV, high speed internet, telephone with unlimited local & long distance (US & Territories), and lawn service, all utilities and trash pickup.

An optional $25-$50 fee will need to be paid to The Villages to obtain a temporary tenant ID which grants access to all of The Villages amenities (maximum of two will be granted with rental) (additional information regarding The Village IDs will be forwarded after the property has been booked).

$500+ (depending upon total rental amount) of total payment is due within seven days of booking. Total rental amount will be due 60 days before occupancy.

Rental fees for last-minute rentals will be provided in full at check-in.

Pay by cashier check, personal check or money order.

$300-$700 Security Deposit depending upon length of stay will be refunded within 14 days of departure when villa is left as found, less $100 cleaning fee.

Check in is 3pm on 1st day of rental.

Check out by 10am on last day of rental
