Deluxe Villa w/ Pool, Spa & Lanai 4 Miles to Disney World!!! in Disney Area

Welcome to our luxurious 5 Bedroom and 4.5 Bathroom Villa which features 2 Master Bedrooms for families that love to travel with friends or extended family!!!  This beautiful Villa is located in the heart of Sunny Florida only a few minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World!!!  Also, the Kennedy Space Center and the Coastal Beaches are a little over an hour away along the beautiful Florida Coast.

The Villa comes with a Private Swimming Pool, Spa and spacious 40 foot Lanai so you can relax around the pool talking with family and friends while enjoying snacks & cold drinks.  The Loft features a large Recreation Room with Deluxe Pool Table where the kids can spend time hanging out after a day at the Theme Parks (no need to go out to a hot garage).

Both Master Bedrooms have King size beds, one Bedroom has a Queen size bed, one bedroom has a Full/Double size bed and two twin beds (bunk bed) and one Bedroom has Full/Double bed and a twin bed.  Most of the bedrooms have LCD Televisions with lots of Cable channels to choose from.  The Master Bedroom features dual his/her sinks, large corner Garden Bath and shower. 

The Gourmet Kitchen comes with all the Amenities for your cooking needs and features Granite Counter Tops and Tiled Back Splashes.  The Family Room is adjacent to the Kitchen and has a large LCD Television and DVD player.  Use the Wireless Internet to check your email or cruise the net.

There is central air conditioning throughout the house.  The Villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival.  The Gourmet Kitchen comes with all the Amenities you will need.  Linens and towels are provided. Wireless Internet Access, Cable TV and Telephone Service is included.

The Villa is located a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World!!! Also, there are lots of local area attractions including Downtown Disney, Paradise Island, Old Town Kissimmee, Aquatic Adventures, Airboat Tours, Al Capone's Dinner Theater and many many more!

The Florida Coast is a little over an hour away which features beautiful sandy Beaches where you can enjoy the Sunshine!  The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is also a little over an hour away which features the Kennedy Space Center Tour, Shuttle Launch Experience, IMAX® space films, daily astronaut encounters, and the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame.

Bookings of 5 nights or less incur a $100 cleaning fee.  There are State and County taxes of 13% on the total amount of the rental.  Pool heating is available for an additional $20 per night.  We can take credit cards through Paypal with a 3.5% convenience fee.  Please send an inquiry to get the rates for your specific dates.  Rates vary by season and are subject to change without notice.
