This completely remodeled in 2005 this 2 bedroom 2 bath town home offers location to the beach and quiet nights, and affords a comfortable, "live-in" feel for vacationers. The unit is truly
designed to be home-away from home that makes a vacation truly special. The Bedrooms have queen beds that sleep two.

 This is a perfect secure place for a family. The unit is on the third level of the Bella Capri condo complex. It is an end unit and has nice views of the village from the living room and bedrooms. The complex is entered by a code secure elevator and garage. Linens are completely furnished. along with all kitchen cooking items.

* Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season (June thru 1st week in September)

* Check-in after 2:00pm.  Check out by 10:00am

* A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rate.

* Security Deposit of $500 is refundable within 14 days after departure if key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.

* Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance will be sent after receipt of Rental Payment.

* Rates do not include maid service on Departure.
