An Alpine Retreat popular with skiers, hikers, and golfers, in both winter and summer. Our spacious
2,700 square ft., three bedroom luxury townhome in Vail, Colorado, is conveniently located on the
Vail Golf Course and only 2 minutes to the slopes and town. Our vacation home is fully furnished and
tastefully decorated in a Southwestern motif, with authentic Native American artifacts. What views!
Vistas of the spectacular Gore Range, and from the backyard patio, hike or snowshoe through the
serene pine and aspen groves of the National Forest land that borders our home.
A 2-minute drive, 20 minute walk, or free Town of Vail bus ride to the base of Golden Peak at Vail
Mountain, will deliver you to your own underground private parking space at Vail's newest base lodge
and steps away from the Riva Bahn high speed quad lift, the fastest way to the top of Vail Mountain.
Use of our private covered free parking is included in our winter rentals! The Golden Peak Base
Lodge boasts a quality regional American Brassiere of fine dining, bakery, deli, pizza pub, as well
as home of the Vail Ski School (including the Children's Center) and full service rental and ski-
tuning shops. Stay on the bus one more minute, take a short walk, or ski over from Golden Peak to
reach the core of Vail Village, if you prefer to start your day at the Vista Bahn. (We doubt you
will though, once you realize the ride up to the top is faster from Golden Peak!) People prefer to
start at Golden Peak because the Vista Bahn (At Vail Village) can be crowded at peak times.

We send you pre-arrival information, instructions, and directions so that you will know what to do,
where to go, and what to bring, including contents of the unit (hair dryer, iron, DVD & VCR movies,
books, etc.), airport transportation, procedures, in-town shuttle and bus schedule, access (keys,
etc.), our guidebook (restaurants with our favorites, grocery stores, other rental activities, movie
theaters, athletic clubs, rafting and kayaking, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, cultural events,
tennis, horseback riding, golf courses, telephone numbers, equipment rentals, lists of activities
for children, families, and teens, and supplies provided (laundry detergent, cooking spices, etc.).
