We are just minutes to all major attractions, golf, miniature golf, shopping, a new Tanger outlet mall, Water parks, Barefoot Landing, dining, entertainment, theaters and House of Blues. 8 minutes to Broadway at the Beach. Truly, It would be hard to be any better located.

This is a fully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage. It is fully stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable vacation stay. Fully equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Cable and 4 TV’s. With A large screened porch on the main level and underneath there is an enclosed outdoor shower with an adjoining changing room. A grill and Large oval picnic table (seats 8). 

Attention: The Home Owners Association does not allow Motorcycles, Trailers, Scooters, Golf Carts or Pets on the property. The person renting the property must be present during the rental period and be at least 25 years of age.
