Just bring your linens, and your clothes........and enjoy this fully equipped condo (includes washer/dryer) Surf the internet while you look for some exciting things to do in Myrtle Beach; or just a 5 minute walk down to the beach (1 1/2 blocks)
Our location is perfect...walk down to see the sunrise, or over to the Apache Pier. Our large swimming pool lets everyone enjoy the sun and water, or relax under the shaded cover, while watching others swim!
If you are heading out to Broadway at the Beach (about 5 miles), or Barefoot Landing (3-4 miles), easy straight shot, (Tanger Shopping outlet just is about a mile south) or even Putt Putt - you can get everywhere from this condo is just a short drive!

June 25th - June 29th Rent $500 + $250 (refundable) damage deposit + $65 Cleaning fee!!

MONTHLY for the months of November, December, January, February, March and April Rent is $850 per month Plus $65 departure cleaning with $250 refundable damage deposit. $250 Prepaid Rent is required for reservation and is non-refundable.
Weekly Rate for APRIL $400 plus $65 cleaning fee and $250 refundable damage deposit. $250 Prepaid Rent is required for reservation and is non-refundable.
WEEKLY Rate is $750 for the month of MAY rent strictly Saturday to Saturday $750 per week Plus $65 departure cleaning with $250 refundable damage deposit. $250 Prepaid Rent is required for reservation and is non-refundable.
WEEKLY Rate is $850 for the months of JUNE, JULY and AUGUST rent strictly Saturday to Saturday $850 per week Plus $65 departure cleaning with $250 refundable damage deposit. $250 Prepaid Rent is required for reservation and is non-refundable.
Require that at least one person occupying the rental unit be 25 years of age or older. Strictly enforced!
Balance Due 10 days prior to check in. Will make exception on reservations if available.
Taxes included. After inspection and keys are returned and the condo is found in order the $250 damage deposit will be returned.
Linens and towels are NOT provided and there is NO dailyHousekeeping
You will need to go to the Main Office to receive a PARKING PASS = cost is $10.00 each.
PARKING PASS needs to be displayed at all times.
