701 Plymouth Place, Unit C.   Perfect location! Beautifully restored charming victorian home with modern conveniences. This house is only 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk!!  Significant cosmetic upgrades were completed in April 2013. The house boasts over 2,000sq. feet of gorgeous living space including a welcoming spacious entry foyer.  Living space is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Put your feet up and enjoy your morning coffee on the shaded front porch.  Off street parking for 3 midsize cars!

We were truly blessed with no Hurricane Sandy damage.

Miscellaneous information: All the comforts of home. Comcast Cable, Flat screen TV in family room. Flat screen TV's in two bed room and standard color TV 's in other 3 bedrooms. WiFi, Full size front load HE washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron. Porch furniture; 2 love seats, 4 chairs and 2 coffee tables. A/C and heat on 2 individual settings-one for each floor. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. Many board & card games are found in storage bin in a bedroom closet and in coffee table. Extra blakets in closet(s). Vacuum, mop and most cleaning supplies provided. 

Kitchen has everything you need: Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Gas stove/oven. Microwave.  Dishwasher. Place settings for 14 & silverware.  Serving spoons, steak knives, food prep knives, cutting boards, pots, pans. mixing bowles, electric hand mixer, roasting pan, many casserol dishes, platters, drinking glasses, mugs, wine glasses, rubbermaid containers,  plastic dishes for young kids, blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee pot, baskets, manual can opener, 3 plastic pitchers, dish towels, dish clothes, pot holders, dish drying mat and drying rack. Cooking utensils, measuring cups, measuring spoons, colanders and Britta water pitcher in refrigerator.

Outdoor gas grill on ground floor and grilling utensils provided.

Absolutly No Smoking & No Pets allowed within the house.

Summer Activities & Attractions - Walk to the beach, swim, collect shells, stroll the boardwalk, Gillian's Wonderland Pier and a water park are only 2 blocks away, restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops, downtown shopping, live performaces at the music pier, playgrounds, movie theater, miniature golfing, bike rentals and more. There's something for everyone! There is so much to do!  During the summer months of July & August, every Tuesday night, a  Mummers Band performs on the Boardwalk from 7 to 9pm. Thursday night is family fun night on the boardwalk. Which includes live music/bands. Various entertainers such as jugglers, clowns, stilt walkers, DJ, magicians, face painting and more. Entertainment changes weekly.

4th of July - Firework Show can be viewed from 9th & Boardwalk! Wonderful show over the ocean!

 If you are feeling adventurous there are all sorts of water activities to do as well. Daily fishing trips, speed boats , boat tours, para-sailing, swimming, surfing and surfing lessons, skim boarding, jet ski, etc. Tennis courts and golf courses are just a short drive away.

Off Season Activities & Attractions - Peaceful days and nights. September is still very warm and shops and resturants are open. Most attractions are open.  Our weekly rental rates are reduced!

Early April and early October is the Spring and Fall block parties. Loads of crafts and merchandise to buy and wonderful food too. Beautiful time of year to golf.

Mid November, one weekend, is  the annual Holiday Celebration of the Finest Arts and Crafts Fair.

The New Years Eve Annual Celebration. A Nonalcoholic New Years Eve event for familes!  4pm-midnight. Ending with fireworks, weather permitting. Complete programs are available on line.

Considering a big night out on the town, Atlantic City is less than 10 miles away!

A fun day trip could be to visit the Cape County May Zoo. (11am-4:30pm)  Admission is Free! Over 250 species. Train and Carousel Rides are reasonably priced.  (When visiting the zoo, donations are greatly appreciated.)
