This impressive 7 bedroom 6 bathroom home, set in the gated community of Formosa Gardens is located just off highway 192 in Kissimmee. Just a short drive will take you to Disney and the attractions and it is only minutes to I4 and within easy access of all Central Florida.
The seven bedrooms :-
There are 4 bedrooms downstairs, 3 with king size beds, TV, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed with nightstands, drawers, TV. There is a guest bathroom serving this bedroom, with access to the pool area.
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, one with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, and two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, and an additional family bathroom.
The tiled living room boasts a large TV, with upgraded cable package, DVD, sofas with coffee table and there is a Playstation for the kids' entertainment. A separate dining area with dining table and chairs comfortably seating eight with seating for more in the kitchen nearby.
A modern well-equipped kitchen with range, extractor fan, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and waste disposal unit. A washer and dryer are provided for your use in the laundry room, and a pool table to keep the kids amused is provided in the garage. All linens and bedding are provided for your use.
The home also boasts its own computer with broadband connection for your use. There is also wireless access for those with their own laptops.
