bedroom, 2 bath villa. 
We are conveniently located on the first floor, and have a great  
view of the Shipyard Golf Course, and lagoons. The villa is our  
second home and we take great pride in maintaining its appearance.  
Features include a well equipped full kitchen, master bedroom with  
kingsize bed and walk in closet, guest bedroom with twin beds, full  
bath with each bedroom, laundry room with super capacity washer and  
dryer, private secluded deck with panoramic view, cable television  
in living room and each bedroom, DVD, VCR, CD, answering machine,  
microwave, dishwasher, and full supply of linens and towels.   
Colonnade Club is one of the newest villa communities in  
Shipyard, located in a quiet tropical setting, yet only a short walk  
to the beach.
