Just 300 feet from a semi private beach on Lake Michiagn and a short five minute drive (or a 2 mile bike ride) to the historic downtown South Haven & area. Make sure to grab your favorite beverage and walk down to the beach to enjoy a beautiful sunset over Lake Michigan every night of your stay!

House consists of two bedrooms and a loft. A new sunny three season room, a Great Room, and kitchen. The Great Room has a fireplace, cable tv, and DVDs while the kitchen includes a large eat in area with refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven, Two bedrooms, one queen, one king bed and the loft has twin beds.
Additional amenities include a new large gas grill on rear deck, walking distance to semi private beach, outdoor firepit, and portable air conditioner unit.

Downtown South Haven has a variety of resturants and shops, bike trails, boat rentals, festivals, beautiful sunsets, and the best ice cream in the world. There is also a very unique kids play ground call Kids Korner for children of all ages, picnic tables, and acess to the public beach from the park. vacation rental rates
Availabilty:
June 15th - August 30th a minium of 7 night rental required, not to exceed one Saturday and one Sunday.
Weekly rental will consist of 7 consecutive nights, not to exceed one Saturday and one Sunday.
September 1st - June 14th a minium of 2-night rental required.
Rates:
Higher during Blueberry Festival and holidays. Additional cleaning fee will be $200.00.
- Per Night: $250 - $300
- Weekly Price: $1500 - $1850
- A $200 refundable desposit required within 30 days of reservation.
- Balance required 30 days prior to stay, along with a $185 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit.
- Damage deopist to be refunded after your stay.
