Vacation Rental Description

A Beautiful newer country style home with all modern features, in 
Northeastern Michigan with access to Lake Huron. A sandy wade in beach within walking distance for 
children to play.
State Park beach 10 minutes away for more activity for teens. 
This 3 Bedroom home has 2½ Baths, Living area with open modern Kitchen, plus an additional room for 
extra TV viewing or video game playing.   

Located 10 minutes north of the quaint village of Harrisville, MI, a 
town with unique restaurants & shops. You will find Harrisville on 
beautiful Lake Huron where US 23 & M 72 meet.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Completely furnished home with cozy living space that has a modern kitchen and baths. 
Snack bar and dining table for six + in open kitchen area. Beautiful gas fired fireplace.
Direct TV through-out the house, some have DVD & VCR players for your movies.
Local telephone, (you can use your phone card for toll calls).
Outdoor furniture on back porch/deck with propane gas B-B-Q grill.
Front porch has wicker furniture and rocking chairs for relaxing.

No Pets on the property and no smoking inside the house.

Activities and Attractions

Easily accessible to nearby attractions;

In addition to swiming and sitting on the quiet near-by beach and a fire pit for evening fires 
near by we have,

Historic light houses ( 1 in Harrisville), 5 golf courses nearby, a total of 10 within a 
30 mile radius. Charter boat fishing in Lake Huron. Dock rental & boat
launching can be found at the Harrisville Harbor. In near-by Oscoda, 
you will find boat launching for Lake Huron and the famous AuSable 
River where you can do tubing, canoeing, kayaking, or fishing.  The 
AuSable River has the only paddle wheel boat of its kind in this part 
of northern Michigan (see the fall colors from the river).  Enjoy 
memorable scenic tours of the river with live music on weekends. You 
will be able to hike, (state land near by), horse back ride, play 
miniature golf, go go-cart racing, swim on the private near-by sandy beach 
or at the Beautiful Harrisville State Park or have a quiet relaxing time walking 
on the beach of Lake Huron. Summer theater players are in Alpena (30 
miles north). 
Mackinaw Island area is 85 miles north with the historic Fort of Mackinaw.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rate...$900.00, July & August $1000.00/week.

NEW Weekend rate...$500.00 Fri.to Sun.  
Midweek rate...$700.00 Mon to Fri.

Bring your linens, towels,etc.
A $300.00 Refundable Security Fee is required for all rentals.
The Security fee and 1/2 rental fee deposit required to secure date. Renter cleans with materials 
provided. Cleaning is for next tenant for your deposit return. 
Entire amount is required for notification less than 30 days.

Rates in US Dollars..Personal, Cashier or Traveler's Check accepted.
