Newly furnished gated home a few minutes from the Strip in Las Vegas

Great house and owners

My group included my wife and two small children, another couple with a baby and one more friend.

We stayed for two weeks. Being Swedish we picked this house from a Swedish website and wencouldn't be happier with our decision to rent this specific house.

I loved the fact that we as a group got to spend all of our time together in this great house.

The community is great, including the pool and gate guards.

Taxi from strip is no more than 20 dollar and I even drowe back and forth to drop people of , it is that close!

The owners did very well and were easy to communicate with both via e-mail and telephone.

I will definetly rent this house again and recommend it!

Spent one night at Mandalay Bay and was glad to come back to the house,

Perfect house just off the strip

Me and five friends rented this house for two weeks during the World Series Of Poker and I couldn't be happier with our decision to rent this specific house. I've been in Vegas a few times before to play poker and staying in a hotel is not only expensive, it's antisocial aswell. You just end up texting your friends "meet by the elevators in 15?" and don't really spend that much time together. I loved the fact that we as a group got to spend all of our time together in this awesome house and most of our time was spent either around the pool table or laughing at american commercials in the comfy tv couch. Having a pool was great aswell, a very relaxing way to start your day in the Vegas summer heat.


Location wise it's as close to the strip as you can get and still live in a house/gated community. Normally when you rent a house and whatever issues arise they can be tough to deal with in a new environment without anyone around, but the kind people working the gates helped us out with everything from calling cabs to pointing out nearby stores on a map. I'm no good with distances but the house is about $13 taxi away from the middle of the strip on an average traffic light run.


The owners did their job very well and were easy to communicate with both via e-mail and telephone. The house and themselves just projected the image that they were actually real people trying to satisfy me instead of some company that doesn't really care. My deposit was refunded right away when we left (minus a broken pool cue, hazards of playing for money :)). All the bedrooms are very spacious and the entire house is very well air conditioned.


I couldn't think of a better house if you want to get away from the stress of the strip but still be able to get there in no time. I hope the house is available again next year.

One Month Summer Stay

My friends and I are poker players and rented this house out for a month during WSOP. The house is in a good location being close to the strip (about 8 minutes drive from Rio and 10 from Bellagio). There are banks and restaurants and grocery stores/shopping centers very nearby, as well as an In N Out which was pretty crucial. The house is in a nice neighborhood with pools and tennis courts and a lil golf putting green. The gated community aspect is nice and adds a level of security, and you know there are people you can go talk to 24/7 if there are any issues.

The owners were easy to get in touch with either via email or phone and were very responsive to our needs. A couple of times I bought something when I noticed the house could use it (an iron, for example), and the owners reimbursed me no problem. We stayed in contact throughout the whole month and made sure everything ran smoothly. The description/pictures of the house are accurate, btw.

I'd definitely recommend this place to other folks and will certainly consider staying there again next summer if the dates match up.
