Enjoy fun and relaxation while vacationing in this two bedroom, two
and a half bath townhouse located on the beautiful Destin Harbor.
Queen bed in master with private bath, two twins in second bedroom
with private bath and queen size sleeper sofa. Unit sleeps 2-6.Unit
has been totally remodeled in 2007! Granite counter tops, stainless
steel appliances and halogen lighting. Tommy Bahama decor. 1076 sq
ft.

Bring your boat!!!! There is also a place to park your trailer in
the empty lot across the street. If you do not have a boat rent a
pontoon for a week. There is a 35 foot boat slip provided. You will
be able to visit by boat some of Destin's most famous restaurants
and nightlife spots. Swim right off of the dock in the harbor or
take a short walk (two tenths of a mile) to the deeded beach access
to swim and sun at the Gulf of Mexico.

We have another unit in the same complex if you are traveling with
friends.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra towels,
toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I
even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the
kids. I also provide beach towels. The only thing you need to bring
is food, clothes and your boat if you desire.

Graco Pack n Play available upon request.

The unit has a ground floor entrance and garage. Full size washer
and dryer. Large deck on harbor to fish off of or barbeque!!

Fully stocked kitchen, linens provided. Air conditioning, Full size
washer and dryer, Garage,phone/answering machine, Cable TV/Dvd
player, Stereo, Barbeque Grill.

Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Restaurants, Shopping, Dining. Located
on Holiday Isle right in the middle of Destin. The harbor is a treat
in itself. Watch the dolphins and gorgeous sunsets! Catch your
dinner and cook it on the large deck on the harbor.
