The house is one level, Pergo flooring throughout (hypoallergenic) and recently renovated. There is a private backyard with seating and a new grill for cookouts. Front porch with seating. This home could be used for couples, family, friends, girl/guy weekend shopping/fishing getaways... The possibilities are endless and the memories will be everlasting.

All the comforts of home: TV, DVD, Cable, CD/stereo, microwave, toaster oven, stove, washer & dryer, outdoor shower with hot water (for easy sand removal), outside seating in private backyard with new grill, front porch with seating. New fridge and Stove with all the flatware and cooking supplies. 3 bedrooms and a pull out sleep sofa and a pull out futon making room for guests (sleeps 8 comfortably - if need be). The house is year-round and is heated. Plenty of parking. York has an exceptional Trolley service that runs to area destinations and beaches.

Steps away from a private rocky beach with a short walk to Short Sands Beach/Downtown. York has endless unique shops, restaurants, and parks. Within a 7 minute walk is Ellis Park which sits on the ocean and has free concerts during summer months seaside. There is Yorks Wild Kingdom/Amusement Park, ball fields, playgrounds, outlet shopping, surfing, hiking, and other endless possibilities.
