Accommodations: 3 Bedrooms plus loft area with an queen bed and a  Sofa Bed if needed. Includes  Master suite with King size bed and private bath. Sleeps up to 15 people. Parking for 6 vehicles plus additional Boat, Trailer and Vehicle parking.

 Bed Linens and towels are provided.

Amenities: (1) Flat Screen TV’ with DVD player in the family room. Open Floor plan that caters to  small gatherings. Fireplace. Board games, Boat Dock, Washer and Dryer.

Kitchen: Full large kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and range.

Outdoor Features: Lake access by foot  right out front door. (Boat Launching is one mile North at Bear Lake Marina). Huge Lakeside deck with patio furniture and gas barbecue grill. Bring extra camp chairs and enjoy a big gathering on this oversize deck. Lawn so bring horseshoes  for outdoor games and a sandy play area for the little ones just off the front lawn
