Designer Home-- Freshly painted inside & out. Has 2 bedrooms plus a den. Tile flooring in 2 baths and kitchen. Carpet in 2 bedrooms. Laminate flooring in living room, dining room and den. Kitchen has a eat in breakfast nook. The living room has a reclining leather sofa & love seat with a leather reclining reading chair and a 47" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2 dressers, large walk in closet & a TV. Master bath has 2 sinks and a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and dresser & closet. The den and 2nd bedroom share a privacy door for quests. There is an inside laundry & built in ironing board. The lanai is inclosed with sliding windows and privacy blinds with a small TV. There is a 2 car garage plus a golf cart garage stall,
with designer painted drive way and lanai. Our home is located in the village of BELVEDERE.
