Located on the east side of Seneca Lake adjacent to Lodi Point state park, this contemporary 1200 sq. foot lake level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The house is right on the water and just outside the 3 slider doors is a 20'x 36' deck that is partially over the water. All rooms are spacious, bright and fully furnished. It is a perfect place for gathering with friends and family. We are situated in the heart of wine country so get some friends together and go wine tasting and touring.
The property has an 80' dock for sunning, fishing and relaxing with a boat hoist for your use that will support a 2000 lb. boat.
The property is located a 1/2 mile from Lodi state park which has a public boat launch.
