Condominium:  Has an elevator, an oversized heated pool (2300 square foot), and a hot tub.  An outdoor shower and restroom are available in the pool area. 

Bedroom #1:  Has a queen bed, a 47” HDTV, a spacious closet, and a ceiling fan.  A bay front sliding door allows you to watch the gorgeous marina bay even from your bed.  This bedroom has a full private bath and access to the unit’s balcony.

Bedroom #2: Has a queen bed, a 32” HDTV, a spacious closet, and a ceiling fan.  You can watch any wildwood firework displays from the window. This bedroom shares the hallway bath.

Bedroom #3: Has three twin beds, a 26” HDTV, a spacious closet, and a ceiling fan.  One extra twin-size air bed is also available if your children want to sleep in the same room. You can watch the wildwood firework displays from the window. This bedroom shares the hall bath.

Living Room:  Features a 52” HDTV and DVD player. A large bay front window overlooks the marina bay, which can be viewed while sitting on the sofa, love seat or on two wicker chairs. A queen size pull out sofa bed is available in the living area.

Kitchen & Dining Area:  Features a granite counter top, brand new stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space.  Also features a breakfast bar with three barstools, a large dinner table with six chairs and a bench, and a side table with two extra chairs. You’ll find any small appliances & utensils you may need here, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker, rice cooker, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.

Other Amenities:  Full size washer & dryer in the unit, central air, cable TV, wireless internet, two designated covered parking spaces, and a private, secure storage room for your beach chairs and bicycles.

The condo is less than a block away from three of Wildwood’s most popular restaurants, Urie's, Boathouse, and Beach Creek.  The famous Wildwood fishing tours and dolphin tour boats start just steps away from the building. Nearby, you’ll find a grocery store, Wawa, CVS drug store, and fast food options.  The Convention Center, free beaches and famous Wildwood boardwalk are about a 10 minute walk from the condo.  The unit is close to the major roads, which allows easy navigation to nearby cities such as Atlantic City and Cape May.
