Thanks for reviewing our home! It is our primary residence much of the year meaning there are many more amenities than found in most rentals. Please note when booking, this is not a beach-party home for excessively large parties and its use should be limited to the guests staying at our home.
I also want to disclose that the owner lives in a one bedroom unit back of the house with his own separate entrance and his own garage. He is a Doctor and owns a practice where he works 6 days a week. He is very private and respectful of his tenants. You will never be bothered by him, just as he hopes not to be bothered by you.
