The main level of the home is on the second floor with a great room and a large open kitchen. The great room features a prominent gas fireplace that acts as the centerpiece. It is perfect for those cool crisp coastal nights. The great room features a flat screen TV with DirecTv and a DVD player as well so it is a great place to unwind after a day on the beach. The kitchen features a large amount of counter space so it is easy to prepare a great meal that everyone can help with!

There is a bedroom with a full bed on the main floor as well and a full bathroom, so it is great for those who don't like stairs. As you walk up the elegant staircase to the top level of the house, the master bedroom has a large king bed and a private balcony. It also has a luxurious bathroom that has plenty of space to get ready for the day. The second bedroom on the upper level features a queen bed so it can sleep two people as well. The balcony off the master suite features the best ocean view from the house. It is partially obstructed by trees and a house but you can still see and hear the ocean from the balcony.

The lower level of the home has a bedroom that provides the perfect setup for the kids. There are two twin beds in the room and a separate TV and DVD player where they can watch their favorite movies.

The home also features a work desk in the kitchen area, wireless internet throughout and air conditioning so it is comfortable year round. There is an elevator that can be accessed upon special requests if necessary due to mobility issues. It is generally locked off from guest use to prevent wear and tear and needs to be previously arranged.

There are plenty of entertainment options inside but the outside is not to be forgotten! The large deck provides an excellent place for the whole family to gather on those sunny days and the private hot tub on the back porch provides an excellent relaxation option. The wooded area behind the house adds to the tranquility.

The home is ideally located in the Twin Rocks area of Rockaway Beach and it is a short flat walk to the beach through a small wooded section of the neighborhood. It takes about 3 minutes to get from the front door to the sand by foot. Due to coastal erosion, the beach access point can be a bit steep at times depending on the tide but it is a fairly easy jump or step down for most visitors.

Rockaway Beach is full of fun activities for the whole family. From the famous Kite Festival to a spectacular 4th of July fireworks display, there is always an event to look forward to! The town has a wealth of dining options, ice cream shops and an arcade for the kids!
