Luxuriously appointed, with a huge master suite, the home also has a Great Room for your group to be together, whatever you are doing! Gather around the wood fireplace, serve your friends from the wet bar, enjoy a meal at the elegant dining table, watch a movie, or cook for the crowd. The fun continues right outside the door on the large deck and lawn. Or walk to the sandy Tahoe beach right across the road. The West Shore of Lake Tahoe is rich in history and natural beauty, and offers the best outdoor sports around! There is a paved bike path all the way to Tahoe City and Squaw, and south to Meeks Bay's outstanding beach, and the home comes with 3 unique bikes to explore with: a 5-speed tandem, a beach cruiser, and a 3-wheeler with basket.
Just 5 miles to Tahoe City, 10 miles to Alpine, 11 miles to Squaw, and one mile to Homewood! Truckee, Kings Beach, and Crystal Bay are all within reach. Bike a mile to the wildflower displays and 2.5-mile paved road into Blackwood Canyon, pick up a game of beach frisbee, or cross-country ski just down the block.
Professionally-decorated and comfortably furnished, the Park Avenue home will blow you away with its thoughtful details! 4 bedrooms sleep up to 10 very comfortably. The master suite, on the upper/main floor has not only a king-size bed, but also a desk area, balcony deck, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with jetted tub and freestanding shower. Downstairs, the other three bedrooms have a king, a queen, and two full beds with TV. There is also a full laundry room downstairs, and two full bathrooms.
In the summer, you can hang out on the lawn comfortable with plentiful outdoor furniture. In the winter, watch the snowfall through the unique architectural windows. Year-round you will enjoy lots of natural light and graceful living. Cable TVs, DVD player, and board games will keep you entertained. The full kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your mountain meals.
