There is a paved bike path all the way to Tahoe City and Squaw, and south to Meeks Bay's outstanding beach, and the home comes with 3 unique bikes to explore with: a 5-speed tandem, a beach cruiser, and a 3-wheeler with basket.

Just 5 miles to Tahoe City, 10 miles to Alpine, 11 miles to Squaw, and one mile to Homewood! Truckee, Kings Beach, and Crystal Bay are all within reach. Bike a mile to the wildflower displays and 2.5-mile paved road into Blackwood Canyon, pick up a game of beach frisbee, or cross-country ski just down the block.

Professionally-decorated and comfortably furnished, the Park Avenue home will blow you away with its thoughtful details! 4 bedrooms sleep up to 10 very comfortably. The master suite, on the upper/main floor has not only a king-size bed, but also a desk area, balcony deck, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with jetted tub and freestanding shower.
