Sandestin Resort is the premier resort on Florida's Emerald Coast.
With seven miles of waterfront, the resort overlooks both the Gulf
of Mexico and Choctawatchee Bay. Four championship golf courses, a
marina, shops, and restaurants,lakes, bike paths, a nature center,
and a sugar sand private beach make this an oasis from the hustle
and bustle of the area. Yet, it is just 7 miles east of downtown Destin.

Our incredible townhome is a two story structure only a few feet
from the bay. There is a water view from almost every part of the unit.
Lie in bed, sit on the screen porch or lawn, and watch the dolphins
and boats go by. Totally renovated in 2002, this 3 bedroom, deluxe
property offers all the amenities you expect in a resort with the
privacy you need on a vacation. Top-of-the-line furnishings, a
fully equipped kitchen with dining room, carpeted floors and ceiling fans
will make you stay comfortable. Cable TV with DVD/VCR in living room
and each bedroom has a TV and VCR. Washer/dryer and Air, naturally.
A pool is close by.

Our home features a master bedrrom with a king, a guest room with
twins, and another guestroom with a queen. 
Each bedroom has a full bathroom.

Sandestin has full time maintenance, daily trash pick-up, and 24
hour security.

kitchen/ microwave, Washer/dryer, Refrigerator/ice maker, pool (shared). Linens provided. No smoking or pets please.
