This is a warm, welcoming home suited for a discriminate couple or a family ready for fun!

To help you enjoy the beach, the home comes with surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, fishing poles, kites, a windsurfer, beach umbrellas and even a two-person kayak! 

The game room downstairs has a home theater system with surround-sound, an excellent movie and game selection as well as a ping-pong table that is fun for everyone.

The master bedroom has a wood-burning fireplace and a large Jacuzzi tub.

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with virtually everything you could ever need. If you prefer to dine out or have food delivered, Manhattan Beach offers an incredible array of restaurants. 

The spacious deck is a great place to lay around and relax or to enjoy one of your fabulous meals, Put down the electric awnings to to make it extra cozy and warm. 

There is a five night minimum.  $600 per night, $4,000 per week, or $12,000 per month.  Rate includes cleaning fee.  There is a $2,000 security deposit.
