Beautifully appointed home in Ocean Beach on Fire Island, is only a half block from the beach. Spacious, bright modern home great for extended family and friends to enjoy. Features include two floors of fabulous living space. First floor begins with a screened-in porch, lovely living room with gas fire place and large TV, spacious open eat-in kitchen with all modern appliances, and a sunny back deck with an outdoor shower. Also on this level are three nice bedrooms, one with a half bath and another full bath. Upstairs is a wonderful suite with it's own lounge area, bacony and private entrance from the street, a full bath, eating area and two bedrooms. A perfect vaction home.

Fire Island is truly paradise. It is an island about an hour away from New York City by train or car and a twenty minute Ferry ride. Once here, everything is within walking distance. The beach is among the best in the world, the community safe and friendly, and plenty to do or not do. Bring your family or friends and see why many people come back year after year.
vacation rental rates
This beautiful home is availble on a weekly basis, Monday to Sunday through Labor Day. June and September rates are $4,000 and July and August rates are $6000. Holiday weeks are $7,000. Monthly rates are June, $15000, July, 25,000, August, $30,000. Additionally there are fees for cleaning and electric and a security deposit. We will work with you.
