Secluded one bedroom cottage with add'l loft bedroom (sleeps 3-4) on 1 acre along the Hudson River which is north of the confluence of the Hudson & Sacandage Rivers providing clear, clean water perfect for swimming, kayaking and canoeing; Stairs from the 18'/24' deck, overlooking the Hudson, lead down to the semi-private sandy beach along the river. Open floor plan with living room and dining room, galley kitchen, tiled bathroom w/large walk-in shower (no tub); pull-out ladder to the bedroom loft w/2 beds. Additional rustic cabin (12'/16') sleeps 3-4 located to the right of the cottage faces the River and the firepit. Walk to grocery & drug stores, library, post office, bank/ATM and restaurants, The Up River Cafe and The Waterhouse.

Microwave, electric water kettle, coffee pot, toaster, gas stove, large refrigerator. Open cabinets for dishes, cups, glasses, serving bowls etc; closed cabinets for pots, pans, spices, etc.
