Great location park your car and leave it for the week. 1200 sq ft condo very private and quiet.
Center of of all shops and restaurants at Short Sands. 1 minute walk to Short Sands Beach, kids playground area, all shops, restaurants, arcade and York Wild Animal Kingdom. 5-7 miles from Kittery outlet shops and Ogunquit.
This is a two bedroom newly renovated and expanded condo. New 19x24 family room and new full bathroom both with cathedral ceilings. Hardwood flooring in bedrooms and pergo floor in family room. Master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with two twins, family room with queen sleep sofa with french doors that close off for privacy from rest of condo.
TV with cable in bedrooms and family room. Family room also with game table, lots of board games/chess/checkers/etc. DVD player in family room with selection of movies.
We also have washer/dryer in unit, phone service, internet, fully furnished kitchen(including lobster pots), stainless steel gas grill on deck area with deck furniture and extra propane tank(for backup), kids beach toys, radio flyer wagon and beach cart to bring all your gear to the beach.
Two parking spaces at condo and please no smoking in condo

$300 nonrefundable deposit to hold week. Balance due week before arrival. $100 refundable cleaning fee if condo is left as it was found.
