Located on the sixth floor of the prestigious Maisons sur Mer ocean front high rise on Shore Drive, our two bedroom, two bath condo features the largest floor plan in the building with 1,500 square feet of heated living area and two large covered balconies containing an additional 350 square feet of furnished outdoor living space.
Features include:
1) Panoramic views of the ocean from all the bright, spacious rooms
2) A well-equipped kitchen with sunlit glass-walled breakfast area
3) Formal dining room
4) Balcony access from all rooms (excluding bathrooms)
5) Unique room layout allowing for maximum privacy (the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo).
Apologizes this is non-smoking unit. House parties are strictly prohibited. At least one member of the renting party must be 25 years of age or older. Unfortunately the bylaws of our Homeowners' Association do not allow renters or guests to bring pets onto the property.
