Vacation Rental Description

We offer a clean, tastefully decorated privately owned condo.  It is 
a 900 square foot, third floor air conditioned unit.  A private 
entry opens to a large living room dining room area.  The unit has 
two bedrooms and two adjacent full bathrooms.  A foldout queen size 
sleeper sofa is also available so the unit will sleep six in 
complete comfort.  A wide walk out 28 foot balcony with patio tables 
and chairs spans the rear length of our villa and overlooks a 
beautiful natural lagoon ... see picture.  The balcony is very 
private.  Sliding glass doors make it accessible from both the 
living room and master bedroom.  The balcony offers views of South 
Carolina’s regional birds nesting in the surrounding trees and 
feeding on the lagoon fish.  Lagoon turtles and even an alligator 
add to a very tranquil setting.  Children will enjoy feeding the 
turtles, but please do not feed the alligator ... prohibited by 
state law.  A safety security fence surrounds the shoreline on our 
side of the lagoon.  

Our condo is modern and completely furnished.  The large living room 
dining room area includes a wet bar and an entertainment center 
containing a cable color TV with a VCR and DVD, and a stereo CD 
unit.  Both bedrooms also have cable TV.  Just off the dining area 
is a roomy kitchen supplied with a full size electric stove and 
refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, 
toaster, coffeemaker, blender, etc., including a clothes washer and 
dryer.  Complete dinnerware and cooking utensils are standard.  Bed 
linens and bath towels are included.  Clean up maid service is 
provided before your arrival and after your departure.  We request a 
smoke free environment inside the condo but the large balcony will 
providea convenient alternative.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fiddler's Cove is on Folly Field Road at Folly Field Beach.  It is a 
closed, gated community with 24 hour security.  It offers two 
swimming pools.  The larger Olympic size swimming pool with spa is 
fronted across from our unit ... see picture. There are ten clay 
tennis courts, and two indoor racquetball courts.  You pay no fees 
for tennis or racquetball.  Parking is directly in front of our unit 
and renters are furnished with a vehicle gate pass.  No pets are 
allowed on the premises.  Fiddler’s Cove is located near the center 
of the island and three blocks off William Hilton Parkway - Route 
278 - which is the main road onto and through the island.  The 
complex is one and one half blocks from the ocean and the beautiful 
beach.

Once on the beach you can walk or jog for miles in either 
direction ... see picture.  Bike riding on the beach along the ocean 
is a popular attraction and bike rentals are very easy to arrange.  
The only items we do not supply for your beach enjoyment are beach 
blankets and towels.  Please do not use our condo bed and bathroom 
flat linens at the beach.  We do our best to keep those items fresh 
and new.  Kindly bring your own beach blankets and beach towels.  We 
have a supply of sand shovels, plastic buckets and other beach toys 
available for the younger children.  Feel free to use those items.  
Also, we provide portable beach chairs and insulated beverage 
coolers for your sunbathing comfort at the beach if you care to use 
them.  

Activities and Attractions

Hilton Head Island has everything and everything is within a few 
minutes drive.  All types of shopping and restaurants are close by.  
Sightseeing and all varieties of family entertainment facilities are 
available in either direction on 278.  A driving range miniature 
golf and fast food are within walking distance.  Savannah Georgia is 
about 35 miles to the south and Charleston South Carolina is about 
110 miles to the north if anyone is interested in some Southern 
sightseeing.  Both cities have numerous attractions and seasonal 
events that cater to family visits.  Information brochures on all 
island and vacation attractions are on display at virtually every 
produce store and shopping mall.  

Vacation Rental Rates

A $100 deposit is required to reserve a Saturday to Saturday week 
rental.  This deposit will be applied to the total rental fee.  An 
additional $100 refundable security deposit is also required.  

The following rental fees include all taxes linens and cleaning.

Through April 5, 2008 ... $600
April 5 through May 31, 2008 ... $750
May 31 through Sept 6, 2008 ... $850
Sept 6 through Oct 11, 2008 ... $750
Oct 11 though Nov 15, 2008 ... $650
Nov 15 through Dec 20, 2008 ... $550
Dec 20 through Jan 3, 2009 ... $600

2nd. Week ... deduct $80

January through March (Except Easter Week), 2008 ... $1500 Monthly
