Eastern exposure yields beautiful sunrises. Sunny days with trees that provide shade. Enjoy evenings around the campfire.
Sleeps eight. Elevated deck overlooks beach. Guest house on property is owner occupied. Less than 8 miles to King Pine Ski Resort for winter fun.

Rate is $1,800 -$2000 per week during summer season. $1400 weekly for fall and winter rentals.  Seasonal winter rental considered.  King Pine resort is less than 15 minutes away.  North Conway is 30 minutes away.
