Great house to share with extended family. Bedrooms on every floor.(2 on 1st, 2 on 2nd, 3 on 3rd)  Futons are in both 2nd floor bedrooms and 3rd floor back bedroom.

Sheets and 20 towels are included

This beach is free(no charge) to walk on.

4500 SQ FT. house.  Very spacious for large crowd.

2 refrigerators,  fully stock kitchen,  nicely and newly decorated, plenty of parking

THERE IS A PLAYGROUND, BASKETBALL COURT AND TENNIS COURT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD 2 BLOCKS OVER.  WALK TO IT.

We will provide 2 parking passes to park on the street (that is perpendicular to Ocean Rd) across the street from the beach. This is not is the beach lot.   

This house rents quickly because of it's size. If you want to be on a waiting list for summer 2014, email as soon as you know.  This house will be sold out by end of Sept this year for next.
