Summer at the Shore in Wildwood

We rent to families and mature adults (minimum 25 years of age) only.  No Prom groups, senior week, or spring break rentals, no exceptions permitted.  This is a family oriented condominium complex.  No rentals to young groups are permitted in any condo unit in this complex at any time.

Our lovely condo is in an outstanding location only 1 BLOCK TO THE BEACH AND BOARDWALK!!  After a fun day on the beach and boards come home and enjoy more swimming in the HEATED POOL and perhaps barbecue your dinner on the grill.  The condo is under new ownership and was freshly painted and newly furnished for the 2011 summer season.

The living area is large and comfortable and has a 32" HD flat screen TV with DVD player, and each of the bedrooms has cable television.  We have games, books, and DVD movies available, but of course feel free to bring your own favorites.

Don't leave your laptop computer at home because WiFi is also provided!

The large kitchen has a wide breakfast bar great for preparing meals or serving buffet style.  The 20 cu. ft. refrigerator w/ icemaker and all small kitchen appliances (toaster, blender, coffeemaker) are new in 2011, as are the washer and dryer.

The master bedroom and second bedroom both have queen beds.  The third bedroom has a bunk bed set with trundle.  Bedrooms have LARGE CLOSETS!!  There is a day bed In the living area and there is plenty of room for the queen-size air mattress which we provide.

Enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening with drinks on the balcony which wraps around the unit and overlooks both Magnolia Ave and the condo swimming pool.  Smoking is not permitted in the unit but is not a problem on the balcony. 

The condo garage is beneath the unit, secure, and comes with 2 parking spaces and a storage room. Don't worry about packing BEACH CHAIRS(4), A BEACH CART, UMBRELLA or ROLLING COOLER!!!  They're all provided for your added convenience!!

When you arrive you can PARK YOUR CAR FOR THE WEEK!!!   Wildwood amusement piers, boardwalk attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores are all within a short walk.  Notre Dame de Mer Catholic Church is located at the end of our block and Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is around the corner another half block. Other denomination churches are close by.

A full-line grocery store (Super Fresh) is a short drive away at the corner of 26th and Delaware.  Pharmacies, convenience stores, bike rentals, etc., are close by as well.

If you choose to venture out, charming Victorian Cape May is a 15 minute drive away along the Ocean Drive and will delight you with its colorful Victorian architecture, trolley tours, pedestrian shopping mall, nature hikes, and the Cape May Lighthouse.  Enjoy some time on the water with a whale/dolphin cruise or a trip on the Cape May Ferry to Lewes, Delaware and outlet shopping.

The Wildwoods are known for their wide, sandy beaches and amusement piers, but don't miss the Wildwood Historical Museum,  the nearby Hereford Inlet Lighthouse in North Wildwood, the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum, whale and dolphin watching cruises, or even take a Pirate Cruise!

The weekly rates for June are as follows:

The week of 6/1/2013 to 6/8/2013 is $1050 plus a $400 refundable security deposit.

The week of 6/8/2013 to 6/15/2013 is $1,450 plus a $400 refundable security deposit.

The week of 6/15/2013 to 6/22/2013 is $1,950 plus a $400 refundable security deposit.

The week of 6/22/2013 to 6/29/2013 is $2,100 plus a $400 refundable security deposit.

The weekly rate for check in from 6/29/2013 thru 8/24/2013 is $2,800 per week with a $400 refundable security deposit.

The weekly rate for 8/24/2013 thru 8/31/2013 is $2,200 with a $400 refundable security deposit.

Weekend rentals are available now thru the weekend of June 8/9, and again beginning the weekend of Septemeber 7/8.

The rate for any 3 night weekend is $795 with a $400 refundable security deposit, the rate for any 4 night weekend is $995 with a $400 refundable security deposit.

One half of rent and the security deposit are due at time of reservation.  The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to check in.
