"Incommunicado" Florida beach villa in Palm Island

Grab a cool drink and nestle yourself down into our hammock under
the whispering pines. Our Florida beach villa is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2
bath stilt home with the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sandy beach just
200 feet from the front door and a quiet lagoon with docks at the
back door. This island has no bridge from the mainland, which means
no traffic, no concrete streets, no commercialism. Put your car on
the ferry, drive onto the island and leave your cares behind. You
are in "old Florida" now.. relax.. let the kids run across the sandy
road to the beach or pool, or sit out back on the dock and fish.We
have a huge covered deck area with porch swing, hammocks, picnic
table and grill. Help yourself to the beach chairs, towels, boogie
boards - go have fun! Like to fish?? There's snook on the beach,
redfish in the lagoon and world class tarpon fishing at Boca Grand
Pass - just a 15 minute boat ride from here. Located 70 miles south
of Tampa/St. Petersburg, between Sarasota and
Ft Myers.

Bright, spacious living area decorated in island colors. Cable
TV, VCR,DVD player, collections of DVDs, videos, books, games and internet. 
Fully stocked
kitchen with full size appliances including dishwasher, microwave,
toaster, blender, coffee maker, washer/dryer, ironing board/iron,
hair dryer, icemaker. The master bedroom has a king size bed and
the guest room has 2 twin beds. The living area also has a queen
pull out sofa. There is a large screened patio off
the living area overlooking the lagoon. On the ground level is a
large covered deck with porch swing, hammocks, picnic table and
grill- you'll spend all your time here.. we do! If you aren't here,
we are(we live 1 1/2 hrs away and come often) so be assured that our
home is well maintained, clean and comfortable.. just like home.
Tennis courts and shared pool with cabana for your enjoyment.

Swimming, fishing, shelling, kyaking, strolling down 7 miles of
white sandy beach watching dolphins play, fish jump and every
imaginable coastal bird. Golf off island.
