Rates are quoted below:  Please be aware there are No fees for personal check or money orders.  The rate is based on nightly fee with only the cleaning fee being an extra charge. WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AND PERSONAL CHECKS USING OUR PAY-PAL SYSTEM.

Cleaning fee is $125.00

Requirements to book your stay:   50%  Deposit is required. We are happy to accept online payments by credit card, paypal or by personal check.  Please advise us of your payment choice at time of booking.

Remaining 50% is due on day of arrival.   This along with your cleaning fee must be paid on or before your arrival date.

100%  REFUNDABLE up to 30 days prior to your arrival date.  Simply advise me and we will be happy to refund your deposit in full.  We simply ask you to cancel 30 days prior to your stay to give us time to re-rent the home.  If you cancel after this time your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be credited to your stay amount when you arrive.

A security authorization on your Credit Card,  Master Card, Visa, Discover will be taken at the time of arrival. Please see terms and conditions on contract sent to you prior to booking.  This will be a pending authorization, not a charge, unless there is damage or missing items in the home.
