"The Little Beach House" is a cute beach bugalow, located on 4th Ave. N.,  within walking distance to the center of Jacksonville Beach and all the festivals, nightlife, shops and restuarants.  You will enjoy a sidewalk all the way to the beach, which makes the 5 block walk very easy.  You are also a very short drive to Mayo Clinic or the TPC.

The cottage is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and an added entertainment area in the back.  You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full sized laundry and a screened front porch to for the summer breezes.  Take a spin on one of the bicycles available for your use or try the BICYCLE BUILT FOR TWO.  You can rinse off under the newly installed outside shower before relaxing and deciding what other adventures to explore!
