This condo, with the best expansive view of Crescent Beach, is
waiting for you! From any room inside of this beautiful yet
comfortably decorated condominium you can see the warm waters of the
Gulf of Mexico and the famous white sands of Crescent Beach.
The sweeping panoramic view begins in the dining room. Sliding glass
doors lead to the covered lanai with a palm tree lined view of the
beach. The living room's room length north-facing picture windows
capture the entire Crescent Beach seascape.
Your eyes can't help but be drawn to the wall of glass that looks out
to the Gulf of Mexico. Step through the sliding glass doors to the
spacious covered lanai. Take a seat at the bar table and chairs with
your favorite tropical drink. Sit back, relax, sip your drink and
watch the dolphins gracefully navigate the waters of the Gulf of
Mexico while the pelicans fly in formation overhead.
The pure white sand beaches of Siesta Key are continually ranked in
the top ten beach lists. The beach's sand is 99% quartz which makes
the sand cool to the touch every day, all year long. No need for
sandals as you walk hand-in-hand along the powdery white sand beach
sprinkled with seashells, sand dollars and other ocean treasures. The

Awaken each morning to the exquisite view of Crescent Beach without
ever leaving the bed. Open your eyes to the picturesque Crescent
Beach; sapphire blue water edged with pure white sand, palm trees

looks straight out to the Gulf of Mexico is all windows with a
sliding glass door. The sliding glass door leads out to the covered
