Ours is a vacation home 3 blocks NorthEast of the historic
Plaza --- a short walk to museums, major attractions such as Indian
Market, Spanish Market, and other Fiestas as well as the renowned
Canyon road with its hundreds of galleries.
Here you will find all the comforts of a home --- from fine
furniture, soft linens, to top-of-the line kitchenware. The home
features beautiful hardwood floors, accented with unique handmade
rugs; queen-sized beds; beautiful art work; CD players; DVD players;
cable TV; and DSL access. In addition to two large bedrooms,
remodeled bathroom, cozy living room with fireplace, fully
equipped kitchen, and romantic dining area --- the home offers a
back yard shaded by pine and cherry trees and landscaped with
patio, stone benches, bbq, and outdoor dining area. The
rooftop deck is just the place to enjoy the magnificent view of the
Sangre de Cristo mountains and take in the majestic Santa Fe
sunsets. It also has the best view of Zozobra (Santa Fe's burning
man festival).
Within a 15 mile radius of our place you will find world-class
skiing available from Thanksgiving to April; renowned Ten Thousand
Waves Spa; wonderful hiking trails and camping grounds; golfing at
Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe, a 7415-yard championship course
that offers incomparable views of the Sangre de Cristo, Jemez,
Sandia and Ortez mountain ranges; and much more.

NOTES ON RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
RESERVATION: We accept reservations on first-come first-serve basis.
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of initial payment via
Visa/Mastercard. 50% of total rental and cleaning fee is payable
upon booking. Balance is due 30 days PRIOR to arrival date.
Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require full
payment upon booking. Home instructions are issued after full
payment has been received. PLEASE CALL TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATION.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: If property is re-rented to another party, at
the same rate, for the same period, all monies will be refunded less
10% transaction fee. No refunds will be made if the property is not
rented for the reserved period. No refunds will be made for early
departures or if number in party decreases.

Exit Cleaning Fee $75. Reservation is secured with receipt of
payment via Visa/MasterCard. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in
time 4PM and check-out time 10AM. Discount available for stays of 7
