furnished unit affords vacationing at its finest. With golf, tennis, 
swimming pool, jacuzzi and BBQ at your doorstep, be sure to pack 
your sunscreen for the year-round activities in Waikoloa. 
Additionally, the Fairways are within walking distance to a full 
size grocery store complete with a deli and bakery section, a bank, 
pharmacy, medical facilities, and several fine restaraunts. 
 
Waikoloa Village is centrally located between the rolling hills of 
Waimea and the deep blue waters of the Kohala Coast, approximately 
25 
miles north of the Kona Airport. Some of the most beautiful beaches 
in the world are located within a 15 minute drive including world 
famous Hapuna Beach!
