bedrooms have their own full bathrooms, and their own huge walk in
closets. Each bedroom has its own cable TV. Both bedrooms have a
view of the ocean!
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave.

The kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and glasses, etc.
The dining room has a glass table, with four chairs.
The living room has a sofa, love seat, chair, and glass coffee
table. There is a desk, and entertainment set, and cable TV. There
is also a great view of the ocean!
The balcony has a patio table and chairs, and a view of the ocean!
This is a NON-SMOKING condo, please!

The resort has a beautiful pool, and is also right on the ocean.
There is a Tiki Bar at the pool, as is a small restaurant for
breakfast and lunch.
There is a bar and restaurant inside, off the front lobby.

Monthly rates:
$4800 per month in January through April;
$3000 per month in May.
$2400 per month in June thru October.
$3000 per month in November thru December.
Weekly rates are:
$1899 per week in January thru April.
$1099 per week in May.
$899 per week in June thru October.
$1099 per week in November thru December. (Holidays more).
I charge $125 for cleaning per visit.
There is a refundable $500 damage deposit you get back.
I rent only by the week or longer, also.

These rates are based on a Saturday to Saturday stay.
