On Galt Ocean Mile, best location in northern Ft Lauderdale!!!
All new white tile floor.
One bedroom has 2 double beds, the other has a king sized bed. Both
bedrooms have their own full bathrooms, and their own huge walk in
closets. Each bedroom has its own cable HD TV. Both bedrooms have a
view of the ocean!
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave.
The kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and glasses, etc.
The dining room has a glass table, with four chairs.
The living room has a sofa, love seat, chair, and glass coffee
table. There is a desk, and entertainment set, and cable HD TV. There
is also a great view of the ocean!
The condo has a desk with free high speed wi fi Internet.
The balcony has a patio table and chairs, and a view of the ocean!
This is a NON-SMOKING condo, please!

The resort has a beautiful pool, and is also right on the ocean.
There is a Tiki Bar at the pool, as is a small restaurant for
breakfast and lunch.
There is a bar and restaurant inside, off the front lobby.
3 HD TVs, full cable.
Free high speed wi-fi Internet.

Include your move in and move out dates, and I'll get back to you
right away.
Monthly rates:
$5699 per month in Dec 15 through April 30;
$2699 per month in May thru August.
$2599 per month in September thru December 15.
Weekly rates are:
$1999 per week in Dec 15 thru April 30.
$1099 per week in May thru October.
$999 per week in November thru December 15.
I charge $125 for cleaning per visit.
There is a refundable $500 damage deposit you get back.
If you use a credit card, please add 2% bank processing fee. No fee on checks!
