Overlooks lake with fountain. Private setting. Tile floors throughout living areas, carpet in bedrooms. Huge kitchen with breakfast bar and built in desk, dining room, and very large living room. Sony 44 inch HDTV in living room. One guest bedroom has 26 inch HDTV. Master bedroom has triple sliders to pool area, king bed, desk, 32 inch flat screen HDTV DVD, closet large walk in closet, master bath with double vanities, walk in shower, oversized soaking tub, separate water closet. Two guest rooms each have a queen bed and large closet. Guest bath has double vanity, separate walk in shower and toilet. Lanai has seating for 9, including 2 oversize chaise lounge chairs, gas barbeque grill, 2 beach chairs. Max.of 6 persons of over night. Unlimited golf with transfer. Another house similar may be available next store with same connect info.
