Ocean View Studio in Daytona Beach

Ocean view unit with 2 double beds and bathroom. The kitchen area has a two burner stove,
refrigerator,
microwave, toaster oven, coffeepot, and is fully equipped including BBQ utensils. Large picture
window and
private balcony overlook beautiful Daytona Beach.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

Ocean Jewels Resort has 2 Swimming pools and 1 kiddie pool.  

Beach front picnic area with BBQ grills.

Fitness center, game room, and laundry facilities.

If you're a Nascar fan we have the Daytona 500, Speed week, Bike week, and Octoberfest . The Daytona
Speedway is approximately 3 miles away. Oceanwalk is 1/4 mile up the beach. You can easily walk or
take the
bus which stops right out front.

For first time renters a $200 Reservation/Security deposit is required to reserve this unit and refunded after your stay.

Bike Week: 2/25 - 3/7  $145.00 per night

Daytona 500 2/13 - 2/14  $145.00 per night

July 2 -4 $95.00 per night

Octoberfest 10/15 - 10/18/09  $95.00 per night.

All other dates:

3 Nights $200 Total

Each additional night is $45.00

7 Nights $325

Monthly $675

Full payment is due 2 weeks before arrival.

For Daytona 500 and Bike Week full payment is due 30 days before arrival or at booking if within 30 days.

No penalty for cancellations if made within 2 weeks of arrival or 30 days for Bike Week/Daytona 500.

Payments accepted through PayPal or personal check.
