views of "Cliffwalk"and Newport Mansions. Each level has it's own 26
by 9 deck with water views. The panoramic ocean views from the third
deck extend for miles. The home is located on Easton' Beach and is a
five minute ride from downtown Newport. It has a good size yard for
children to play in. The beach has an area for children and adults
with volley ball nets and a merry-go round with hobbyhorses.There is
live theatre,movietheatres, and excellent restaurants with live
entertainment just minutes away. The home is 11 years old

The home has a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, stove,
coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and all utensils including pots and
pans,silverware,and dishes. There are plenty of
linens,towels,beachchairs,and a Webber gas grill. Also cable
TV,stereoVCR,and DVD.

Easton's Beach is right in front of the house and there is swimming
and a playground with a merry-go-round on the beach. Johnnie's
Atlantic Beach Club is a short walk on the beach and it has a
restaurant with entertainment every weekend. You are 5 minutes by car
from all downtown Newport activities and restaurants. A walk on
the "Cliffwalk is highly recommended as well as a drive along
Newport,s famous 11 mile drive to get spectacular ocean views and to
