In the wake of Sandy we are happy to say our unit did not get ANY flood water or storm damage, and the town is committed to being ready for the summer season!
5 level condo within a gated community. Just steps from the beach, enjoy the magnificent views and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean from one of our 3 balconies or from the roof terrace.

The rates posted are for weekly rentals, our condo bi-laws do not permit weekend rentals.
Checkout is at 11am Saturday. Checkin is at 3pm Saturday. There is a $225 cleaning fee & $500 deposit.

Payment:
A signed contract is required to hold a reservation. After a contract has been signed, a $500 security deposit must be received within 48 hours or we will release the reservation.
One half of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the reservation date. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the reservation. Failure to make a scheduled payment will result in a cancellation.
