Fabulous 3 story contempory home located within short walk to Scarborough Beach.  Our goal is to provide an immaculate comfortable home for your family to enjoy on vacation.  The first floor of the home has a bright and airy sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee, the living room comes with a TV/DVD and cable, the dining room has seating for six (we also provide folding chairs), the state of the art kitchen is fully equipped, the large bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed that was purchased in 2010, the bathroom on the first floor has a shower and bathtub, the backyard deck with bbq, table, chairs and umbrella is located off the kitchen.  On the second floor you will find 2 additional bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen size bed (purchased in 2011).  There is a bathroom located on this floor with a shower and also the sundeck which has ocean views can be accessed by this floor.  Finally the 3rd floor is the master bedroom oasis!  The master sitting room has oceanviews and the HUGE master bedroom with queen bed (purchased in 2010) has 3 skylights that allow the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep!  The master bathroom also has a shower.  Outside the home you will find the property is on a large corner lot, ample parking (2 car garage plus 4 spots in driveway),  and last but certainly not least - the outside shower after a long day at the beach!
