The Endless Summer in Montauk

Beautifully remodeled new wood floors, a brand new kitchen and a brand new additional bathroom, The
Endless Summer will truly provide a fantastic vacation experience! This lovely 3 level beach retreat
is well named and really delivers with its beachy atmosphere, great location, and only one block to
one of the most beautiful private ocean beaches on the east coast. The house comes with a MBPOA
Parking Pass & Key to the Hither Hills private ocean, which is only 500 feet away (see photo).
You'll love all the spacious living and lounging areas such as the wrap around deck, bedrooms on the
main, 1st and second levels, plus several dining areas...so the entire family can spread out, relax
and enjoy plenty of space and privacy. Sip your morning brew or finish your evening cocktails on the
spacious deck, then fall asleep to the rhythmic waves breaking against the shore.

The Endless Summer is a perfect place for relaxing. The main floor has a living room with a
fireplace, full bath, cable TV, DVD player, Wireless Internet, stereo and a couch that opens into a
double bed.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ceiling fan. The huge dining room seats 8 - 10 people,
with cable TV and a ceiling fan. The new eat-in kitchen has a dishwasher, micro, and breakfast
table that seats 6. There is access to the deck from the dining room and kitchen. The main floor is
fully air conditioned.
The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, fully air conditioned and Wireless
Internet. The bottom floor has 1 double bed, two twin beds, full bath, cable TV, Wireless Internet
and air conditioning. Included is a washer/dryer and outside hot water shower.
The Endless Summer has a gas grill, outside table that seats eight with an umbrella, 10 patio
chairs and outside wicker table. Enjoy endless hours playing bocce, croquet or horse shoes. Lawn
maintenance, beach chairs, towels and linens are included. There are no pets allowed nor is smoking
permitted in the house.

If you love to surf, the "Surfer's Dream" beach is only 1 1/2 miles away. Montauk has some of the
best, world class fishing on the east coast. Charter boats for shark fishing, marlin fishing or
enjoy a 1/2 day charter for fluke, flounder or whatever is in season (see photo). Take a tour of
the famous Montauk Lighthouse (see photo) or enjoy a "once in a lifetime" afternoon horseback riding on the beach.
"Montauk Downs" State Park is a beautiful 18 hole golf course and country club, with swimming
available in their Olympic sized pool. The town of Montauk has many restaurants as well as shops,
mini-golf, a movie theatre, hiking and bike trails, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, a ferry
to Block Island, and much more!
