Fabulous indoor/outdoor living in this "California Classic" beach
home only three blocks from World Famous Windansea Beach. Enjoy the
large covered patio "living room" area with hammocks, comfortable
sitting area, jacuzzi and a barbeque for entertaining. The large
yard is perfect for families and even features a hot water shower
for after the beach.
This three bedroom, two bath single level home features new
sparkling Brazilian hardwood floors throughout and tiled remodeled
bathrooms. A newly remodeled kitchen with eat-in area features
brand new high end stainless steel appliances including: Jennair
refigerator, dishwasher, double oven with convection oven and a
Bosch Gas cook top for gourmet meals.
The formal dining room features a large dining table that seats
eight and shares a fireplace with the living room for cozy Holiday
meals. Enjoy cable TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo and even a Steinway piano
in the large comfortable living room. The living room is furnished
with Restoration Hardware slipcovered sofa, ottoman and other
comfortable seating. High speed internet wireless access is
available for your lap top computer throughout the house.
The master bedroom features a King bed and is conveniantly located
off the patio with easy access to the jacuzzi. The other two
bedrooms have Queen beds and one bedroom is large enough for
additional sleeping accomodations for children (air mattress).
Plantation shutters in all the bedrooms provide privacy.
"The Classic" features a large two car garage with two additional
parking spaces in the driveway. There is a full washer and dryer
available in the garage.
"California Classic" can be, at times, rented in conjunction
with "The Cottage" next door for larger groups, family reunions,
etc.
