Holiday Rates and Minimum Stays:

3-nights for all 3-day holidays except as noted below:

4-nights at June/September rates for Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holidays.

7-nights at July/August rates for 4th of July and Labor Day holidays.

Other Fees and Taxes

Non-refundable cleaning fee $150.00.
Lincoln City Lodging tax 9.5% + Oregon State Lodging tax of 1%.

Security/damage deposit of $250 required in advance.

Advance reservations and signature are always required.
Payment of one night's lodging required to hold reservation.
Prices subject to change without notice prior to our receipt of deposit payment.

Cancellation Policy

30 days prior to arrival:  full refund less $150 cancellation fee. 14 days prior to arrival:  50% of total costs (lodging + tax + cleaning) refunded;  remaining 50% of total costs becomes due immediately. 7 days prior to arrival:  no refund, 100% of total costs (lodging + tax + cleaning) due immediately. Partial cancellations during a minimum stay period will be charged for full stay.

Wecoma Creekside can be rented separately or with Watavue beach house which is
a larger home sharing the same grounds.  Wecoma Creekside accommodates up to 8 people and 3 vehicles. Watavue accommodates up to 16 people and 5 vehicles.  Rented together, the two beach houses accomodate up to 24 people and 8 vehicles.
